In the heart of picturesque Tulibowo, right by the widest basin of the Vistula River, lies Winnica Tulibowoโa place where tradition meets modernity in the art of crafting exceptional wines. On a 17-hectare plantation, we cultivate 50,000 haskap berry bushes offering four varieties: Wojtek, Klon 44, and the sweet IndigoGem and HoneyBee. Thanks to natural cultivation techniques, our fruit wines boast a unique taste and valuable properties, delighting even the most discerning connoisseurs.
From May 2024, our offer will also include grape wines, made from 16,000 vine bushes planted on 4 hectares, offering various varieties. Carefully selected grape varieties, such as Cabernet Cortis, Cabernet Cantor, Riesling, Kerling, Muscaris, Johanniter, Souvignier Gris, Hibernal, and Solaris, along with the unique microclimate by the Vistula River, give our wines a deep aroma and character. Riesling
Vitis Vinifera โ one of the most famous white grape varieties, valued for its elegance and aromatic profile. Riesling is characterized by pronounced acidity and a fruity, citrus aroma, often with hints of honey and flowers. Excellent for producing dry, semi-dry, and sweet wines.
Kerling
Vitis Vinifera โ a white grape variety that is a cross between Riesling and Pinot Noir. It produces wines with delicate acidity and a subtle aroma, featuring notes of apple, citrus, and flowers. Kerling is an excellent choice for those seeking a fresh and flavorful wine.
Muscaris
This is an innovative grape variety with an aromatic character, created by crossing Muscat Blanc with other varieties. Muscaris stands out with its intense fragrance of flowers, citrus, and tropical fruits, offering a fresh, fruity wine. Ideal for semi-sweet wines.
Johanniter
This is a German white grape variety known for its high resistance to diseases and frost. Wines from this variety are full-bodied and dry, with delicate acidity and aromas of green apples, citrus, and herbs.
Solaris
A white grape variety that has gained popularity due to its resistance to challenging climatic conditions. Wines from this variety are expressive, with notes of citrus fruits, peaches, and flowers, as well as subtle acidity, making them perfect for fresh consumption.
Souvignier Gris
One of the modern grape varieties, combining the characteristics of white grapes with red-berried varieties. Souvignier Gris wines feature a full, fruity flavor dominated by citrus, peach, and mineral notes, along with balanced acidity.
Hibernal
A white grape variety that combines the characteristics of dry, aromatic wines with rich fruitiness. Hibernal is distinguished by intense aromas of citrus, apples, and tropical fruits, while its wines are crisp with subtle acidity. This variety is highly resistant to climatic conditions, making it an excellent choice for our vineyard.
Cabernet Cortis
This is a red grape variety resulting from the crossbreeding of several varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon and others. Cabernet Cortis produces wines with an intense dark color, full body, and distinct berry and spice aromas. These wines also have excellent aging potential.
Cabernet Cantor
Another red grape variety, also a cross of grapes with strong resistance to diseases and frost. Wines made from Cabernet Cantor have a deep, dark color and intense aromas of black fruits, with notes of herbs and spices. These wines possess a solid structure and great aging potential.
